MEF2025の公用語は英語です。

日本語→英語の同時通訳はつきますが、英語→日本語の通訳はありませんこと、ご了承ください。

Official language of MEF 2025 is English.

Simultaneous translation is available for Japanese speaking lecture to English.

参加登録

1. 講演セッション・出展者プレゼンテーション・技術展示の参加は無料です。懇親会（初日夕刻予定）は有料です。お支払いはクレジットカードのみとなります。

*登録の最後にPaymentが表示されます。ネットワーキング交流会（有料）に出席されない場合は無料ですが、その場合も、「Submit」をクリックしてください。無料ですので請求はされません。

2. お席が限られておりますので、極力2日間のご参加を頂けるようにお願い申し上げます。

3. 初日夕方のネットワーキング交流会へのご参加は、お1人様MEFTシャツ付参加5,500円（消費税込）、Tシャツ無参加4,400円（消費税込）となります。(今回MEFのTシャツを制作しております。是非、ご検討ください）

講師・出展者・参加者の皆様との絶好のネットワーキングの場となります。ご参加をお薦めします。（先着150名様）なお、懇親会のお申込みのキャンセルにつきましては、4月1日以降は100%のキャンセルチャージがかかりますので代理の方のお申込みをお願い申し上げます。

Registration

1. Participation for the forum including invited talks, exhibitors' presentation and exhibits is free of charge.

*You will be asked to click "Submit" at the last item of "Payment". Even though you do not select networking event which is 3,000 yen, please click "Submit". You will not be charged.

2. 2-day participation is requested basically.

3. Participation fee for the networking on April 16 is 5,500 yen with MEF T-shirts, 4,400 yen without T-shirts per person. (tax included). The 100% cancellation charge is applied for the cancellation on and after April 1, 2025.

4. MEF 2025 speakers, exhibitors and sponsors are provided with different website for their registration.

5. On-site registration is available only if the vacant seats are available.

55社の展示会情報は、会場ご出席ならではの特典となります。オンラインでは、講演のみの視聴です。
