Guideline for registration

  • Official language of MEF is English.  MEF 2026 plans to introduce AI translation service.
  • Participation for the forum including invited talks, exhibitors’ presentation and exhibits is free of charge.
  • You will be asked to click “Submit” at the last item of “Payment”.  Even though you do not select networking event which is 5,500 yen, please click “Submit”. You will not be charged.
  • 2-day participation is requested basically.
  • Participation fee for the networking on April 21 is 7,700 yen with MEF original T-shirts, 5,500 yen without T-shirts per person. (tax included). The 100% cancellation charge is applied for the cancellation on and after April 6, 2026.
  • MEF 2026 speakers, exhibitors and sponsors are provided with different website for their complimentary registration from the secretariat.
  • On-site registration is available only if the vacant seats are available.
